Engaging Executive Program (EEP)
OUR FLAGSHIP BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE METHODOLOGY
Why most leadership training doesn't work - and what we do differently.
BECOME A LEADER WORTH FOLLOWING
Most leadership training produces short-term awareness, not lasting behavioural change. Technical professionals leave a workshop knowing more but doing the same things.
EEP was designed specifically to close that gap - combining a structured behavioural change methodology with 12 weeks of live coaching, workplace application, and daily accountability to ensure skills transfer from the program into the job. Here's why it's different:
- The ENGAGE model: six interpersonal competencies developed sequentially across 12 weeks
- The Behavioural Traction System: a structured framework that transfers learning into daily workplace behaviour
- Delivered by corporate psychologists, not trainers

What Will Your Leaders Develop?
During 12 weeks, participants build capability across six dimensions of interpersonal leadership:
En-trance
Make a strong first impression, every time.
Participants develop conscious control of eye contact, posture, and voice to project confidence and credibility from the first moment of any interaction.
Network
Build rapport quickly and navigate conversations with ease.
Participants learn to initiate conversations with unfamiliar people, adapt their communication style to match others, and exit conversations cleanly - the foundation of effective stakeholder engagement.
Guide
Steer conversations and hold ground under pressure.
Participants develop the ability to redirect conversations, assert positions without aggression, and navigate resistance without the relationship breaking down.
Acknowledge
Read the room and make people feel heard.
Participants build emotional recognition, perspective-taking, and empathetic response - the behaviours most commonly absent in technically-trained leaders.
Glow
Engage, persuade, and leave a lasting impression..
Participants develop the charisma, storytelling ability, and use of humour that makes them memorable communicators, not just technically competent ones.
Enlighten
Develop and bring out the best in others.
Participants build coaching and mentoring behaviours: asking rather than telling, giving consistent feedback, and investing deliberately in the people around them.
How the Behavioural Change Actually Works
THE BEHAVIOURAL TRACTION SYSTEM.
Most training fails because it delivers knowledge without ensuring transfer. EEP uses the Behavioural Traction System - a three-component model combining structured learning, workplace application, and accountability coaching.
Participants don't just attend sessions; they practise specific behaviours in their real working environment between each session, with coaching to reinforce what's working and correct what isn't.
