The Behavioural Traction Systemâ˘
Â
The risk with online learning is that participants complete modules but don't change behaviour. EEI is designed to prevent this. The Behavioural Traction System structures learning across three components - coaching, resources, and application - ensuring participants practise specific behaviours in their real working environment between sessions, not just consume content. The group coaching element maintains the accountability that online-only programs consistently lack.
